Azulene Day Spa II is like no other. You can find all your beauty needs in one place! We offer skin care, massage, manicure & pedicures, hair and much more. Cleanliness really sets us apart from the rest. No where else in Gainesville will you find pedicure chairs like ours. We change the bowl liner and jet after every client, ensuring an experience 100% free of cross contamination. We also use autoclaves to sterilize our nail tools, and we guarantee our nail services for 3 days. If you have any problem just call us within the 3 day time period and we will fix it for you for free.

Reservations

To make sure that you get the time and date for the service you want, may we suggest that you make a reservation either by phone or at our reception desk before leaving our salon.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are always welcome at our spa.

Cancellations

We respectfully request a 24-hour advance notice for cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other customers to make use of the available time slot.

Running Late?

Please come in about 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time in order to relax. That way you will be able to enjoy our service better. You can also make use of our complimentary beverage services.If you are late by more that 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee that you'll get the service you had reserved right away, we may have to assign a different technician or setup another appointment.

Waxing Service Caution

Please do not sunbathe 24 hours before or after waxing, in order to prevent possible injuries. If you use any resurfacing products or treatments such as a retinol, rentin-a or microdermabrasion please refrain from waxing.

Gift Certificates

Show your friends and loved ones you care about them by giving them gift certificates for our services. They will appreciate your thoughtfulness. You can also exchange a gift certificate for a gift card here at the Azulene Day Spa II.

Group Parties

If you bring in a group of friends for any of our services, we offer 10%OFF group discounts on parties of 4 or more. Please inquire at our reception desk.

Children

We love children, but due to insurance and safety requirements we cannot admit them to our store unless they themselves are receiving one of our services. If the child becomes distressed, we would be happy to reschedule the appointment.

What Do You Mean?

Our employees are all licensed and trained to be friendly and courteous to our customers. However, some may have difficulties with English. Please talk to our receptionists if you having trouble communicating with your technician. 

Azulene Day Spa Nail Policy

At Azulene Day Spa II, we guarantee our nail services for 3 days. If anything happens within this time frame, we'll fix it for free. If you don't like the color you originally picked, we'll charge half price to change it. This must also be done within the first 3 days of your original service.

Gel Nail Polish

Due to the natural oil in your nail beds, gel polish may not last as long. If you see it chipping, please call us within the first 3 days, and we'll fix it free of charge. If you do not call, and come in after 3 days, there will be a charge. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Quality Commitment

If you are not happy with any part of your service, simply let the technician know and they will fix it for you until you are satisfied with the service.  If, for any reason, you are still not happy, please let the front desk know so we can resolve the issue. Of course, we would appreciate any positive comments as well.
